linking addresses that have different account owners
My husband's name is shown on our home Xfinity account, but as I manage the account, my phone number and my email address are the ones provided, not his.
We now have Xfinity wifi at a second address, and I opened the account under my name, using my same phone number (and I believe my same email address as well). I would like to link the two accounts so that I can toggle back and forth on the two addresses on my phone's Xfinity app.
I have followed all advice that I can find online, but am met with "this address cannot be found."
I believe that the only resolution to my problem is to have human help. The chatbots just lead me in circles.
Can you please advise on what I can try next?

Please check when you enter the address that you are spelling it as it is shown from the billing statements. Yes, that is exactly the process I followed. I got as far as entering the service address and received an error message that address could not be found
