Link TV Provider is broken

Hello!

Recently - perhaps within the last couple of days - we've lost the ability to "Link TV Provider" from our Roku, Android TV, or websites.  Things like NBC.com, ABC.com, CBS.com and Max all won't authenticate whatever we try.  We get a message "This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service." - however - we can easily watch these channels on our Cable TV box.

Also - this affects our Xfinity Stream app as well.

I think there may be something messed up with our "entitlements"?  That seems to be something mentioned in the forums.

Please advise!

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
