Link Broken For 6 years now

Why haven't Xfinity fixed the link to manage your own services yet????? 

It has been down for about 6 years.  I tried to copy and past my orginial complaint years ago here but it did not work.  Why doesn't Xfinity want people to manage their own services?  Do you think we will be able to manage our own services like customers with other cable companies??????
