link accounts
I'm trying to link a new account to some existing ones and keep receiving a message that the information doesn't match and to try again or contact support.
This is me contacting support. =)
Thank you.

@user_b195b0 Thank you for reaching out to us here at the Xfinity Community Forums regarding linking your Xfinity accounts via MyAccount! I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing and want to ensure you are able to probably set up this feature.
Are you receiving this error message when following these steps to link accounts using the 'link account' button and following the prompts on 'Let's Find Your account'?

I log in with our xfinity ID
Account and identity
Xfinity ID and Security
Manage and link Accounts
Link Account
type in phone number
type in provided code
Select address from drop down screen.
Receive the error message "the information doesn't match and to try again or contact support"
I just got back from the Xfinity store where we set up the account, I have the receipt listing the account number, name and equipment serial number. etc.

Good day,
Back again.
Refresh on what we are dealing with, Business, Bulk Account, Multiple Addresses link to one Xfinity ID / log in.
We have a resident who would like to work from home and his employer is requiring that he has a separate / secure internet service separate from his home service.
What will be required to get this set up for him?? I'm thinking a second modem with it own network name and password, but not certain if that is the best way to go with the way our service is set up.
Thank you.
