This process is done via an Account Change Request Form. This can be initiated by calling us directly at 1-800-XFINITY(934-6489), by visiting us in a local store, or via direct DM here on Forums. We will need the form filled out, along with additional supporting legal documentation(Marriage/Divorce Certificate or Court certified legal name change documentation)
The name change process can take up to 2 billing periods to take effect once we have all the required materials.
