latest update does not support device
I need to be able to access my account via web since my device is no longer supported by this latest update. I still recieve notifications but to open app it flags the need to update but Google Play flags lack of compatability. Support email listed in google play is incorrect. I got this message. Why do you list incorrect information?

You should be able to access the account directly via our website at www.xfinity.com if your phone is no longer compatible with the latest upgrade to the Xfinity app. Have you also checked that your phone is fully updated with any new software updates? Are you running into an error trying to sign in via our website?
