Keeps logging out

Every time I try to log in, the page immediately refreshes and logs me out. I’m trying to set up a new service account, and all these tech issues just with the website are making me question whether this is a good idea or if I should look for a different ISP? 

Before the canned answer, I’ve already cleared my cache, tried different browsers, different devices, incognito mode, and checked all other aspects of my wifi connection.  If I can’t even log into the website, should I even go forward with purchasing this service?

@XfinityRuben​ I’d like to get logged in and see if my setup went through. I’m already not going to have internet for the first week after my move due to technical difficulties with the website.

I got a confirmation that my account was set up the first time I tried to order service, and then a confirmation that a second account had been linked to the first one when I tried to set up service again with the exact same phone and email address. The website is broken, clearly multiple people are having this issue, and based on this community forum, it’s been ongoing for years? 

Is the login issue not something that can be assisted online?

I took a screen recording of the issue but it won’t fit the tiny file size limit on here. Can email it to you if that would help.

@user_ysqz4k I'm glad to hear you received the confirmation email. That's a good sign your information was registered. We can definitely help you with this login issue you're experiencing. We don't have an email you can share the screen recording but can you please elaborate on what happens when you log in now that you've received these confirmation emails?
