keeping email accounts

Is there a way for an account holder to disassociate email addresses of family members who no longer live in the home from his Xfinity account without actually deleting those email addresses?

Greetings, @user_444a9u! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your account users. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you have account users with a Comcast email address, they will need to be linked to an active account to keep their email address active. You can always change their permission level to a "Member" or "Viewer" if you want to remove any account permissions from their login, but if you remove their profile entirely, it will delete their email account, unfortunately.
