Keep Getting Signed Out - Error Message: This Information Doesn't Match Our Records
As I've been trying to sign up for an internet plan, I've found that my account keeps signing out throughout the entire process. I haven't even been able to verify if my plan subscription (including the shipping for the self-installation kit) has gone through at all. I keep getting emails as if I have an account, but whenever I go to verify my phone number or try to create another Xfinity ID, I get the following message.

Try again or contact us and one of our agents will be happy to help you.
If someone could please help me figure out why this is happening and whether my wifi subscription plan went through or not, I would greatly appreciate it, as I don't want to attempt to accidentally set that up twice.
