Issues with Moving My Xfinity Service

I am moving next week and I am trying to move my Xfinity service to that address. The new address uses Xfinity. I have tried using the online website to transfer services and it just directs me to a webpage with a number to call. When I call the number, it directs me to the same website and the whole process repeats itself again. It has not scheduled my move and it is extremely frustrating. I am also unable to get a live person on the phone, which is terrible customer service. Please help as this is an urgent matter.

Hello, @user_7xakl0 how are you? Hopefully overall, your day is going well. We can certainly help you with a transfer of service. There may be a reason why the location your moving to won't accept the transfer, but we can take a closer look at that in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
