Issues with hackers?

Hello all, I was logging into Xfinity to check my balance, when I asked to enter a code that was sent to my phone. I entered the code, and my antivirus program alerted me that the site I was being sent to wasn't secure. I looked, and the Xfinity address had changed from xfinity.com to xfinity.net. This is something I've never seen before. Is this something new or are hackers actually trying to get customers' information?

https://www.whois.com/whois/xfinity.net shows that the domain is registered to Comcast Corporation the same as the xfinity.com domain.  From what device/app were you logging into your account?  What is the antivirus program on your phone?
