Issues with adding payment method
I am attempting to add a payment method to an account that has been transferred over to me, but am being told that my contact information must be verified to do this.
Despite that, I just recently added and verified my contact information for the account, and when trying to change it to see if that helps, I am similarly being told that I cannot change my contact information and must wait for it to be verified by Xfinity.
I have attempted to log on and pay my bill plus add a payment method across multiple devices while clearing my cache and using an Incognito browser, so I am unsure as to what I am supposed to do next.

Hello, @user_ib1x6i how are you? The first thing we want to do is make suer the name change finalized. So we'll want to work in a direct message. You can use the Direct Messaging icon at the top of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." It's next to the bell icon on the right side of the page.
