Is there a way to submit feedback on how incredibly [Edited] the xfinity website is?
I just can't begin to tell you how bad your website is. I've worked in IT for over 30 years, and truly - the Xfinity website is one of the absolute worst I've ever seen. It's hard to find things, it's slow, it can require 3-4 logins per session as you navigate, it errors out ALL THE TIME, I just tried to log in and it literally took about 7 minutes to get the two factor login code. So, so ridiculous.
It's as if absolutely no one at Xfinity is looking over your amazingly bad website, or no one cares. There's not even a place to find a place to tell you guys how incredibly bad your website is.
