Hello, @user_61eacb thank you for reaching out over Xfintiy Forums. Working from home myself I understand the importance of your home network running correctly. The Xfinity App or our Status Center: https://www.xfinity.com/support/status are both great places to see if there are any reported issues in your area. Have you checked either of those to see if there are any reported events that may be affecting service? 

We have this helpful post that has some great tips to check when having service issues.
