After 3 weeks have passed and several phone calls and chats with CSA, the Check back soon / information unavailable problem continues. Help?

Over a month later, absolutely no change. https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/auth still returns:
Forum reps have not helped. Phone reps have not helped. CSA has not helped.
What does it take???????
