Infinite page reload when logged in.

After I login, any page I go to reloads infinitely.  I've verified that it isn't my modem, my network, or device by trying it at another location, and having someone else login to their account on my machine.  The error happens across all devices and apps.

I tried creating a "new" login with my mobile phone number as suggested on another post here titled "Fixing infinite login loop" (https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-app/fixing-login-infinite-loop/6172fb5e356f1c35c0abf014), but got the error message: "This information doesn't match our records."  This happened with my phone number.

Using my SSN, birthdate, and the phone number I signed up with (which is not my mobile), I get the message "Looks like you already have an xfinity id."

The line I signed up with (a landline) has been disconnected.

How can I get this fixed so I can login to access my account online?  Up to now, I've only been able to call - and that's not going to be an option for long.
