Infinite Login Loop

Every time I try to log into my account, it asks for my password, then a 2FA code. After I enter them, it asks for my password and 2F code again. It doesn't let me log in. How can I fix this??

Hi there, @user_j8q7p4 Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out regarding not being able to log on to the app due to having to repeatedly be asked to reenter your password and the 2F code again. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, I can see how frustrating this is for you, I get you taken care of. Have you tried deleting the App and reinstalling it?-Richard

The app doesn't work, and none of the browsers I've tried (chrome, firefox, opera) have worked. I've tried clearing cookies on all browsers before entering my credentials, and still none of them allow me to sign in.

Gotcha! Just to confirm, are you attempting to use the MyAccount app or the Xfinity app? We retired the MyAccount app a few months ago, now our primary hub for your Xfinity experience is through our Xfinity app. You mentioned traditional web browsers, are you doing this on a laptop or desktop computer? That would not be the app but the website. To access the

portal on a Windows PC or Mac, the device must meet the following minimum requirements.

Hardware

  • 3 GHz Intel Pentium 4, AMD Athlon 3400, or faster processor
  • 128 MB RAM
  • Video card with 64 MB memory

Supported Operating Systems

  • Windows 10 (Desktop mode)
  • Windows 8 (Desktop mode)
  • Windows 7

Macintosh Computer Requirements

If you access the Xfinity Stream portal on a Macintosh computer (Mac), your Mac must meet the following minimum requirements.

Hardware

  • Intel Core Duo 1.83 GHz or faster processor
  • 256 MB RAM
  • Video card with 64 MB memory

Supported Operating Systems

  • OS X 10.7 or later (OS X 10.14.4 or later if using Safari)

Web Browsers

Browser version updates are usually performed automatically, but if you’re on an outdated browser, you may be asked to manually update your browser.

I am using the most up to date version of the Xfinity app on Android. I am now getting an error saying "Access not Authorized" and that I have "signed in successfully, but must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service".

To try to access the login portal for Xfinity via web browsers, I am using a Macbook that meets all of the minimum requirements. I am still stuck in an infinite loop when I try to log on with any of the browsers.
