Infinite login loop
I have been trying to start a service for my current address but whenever I try to login, the site keeps logging me back out. Trying it on other browsers like Edge, Firefox and Opera didn't help, as well as trying to log in on my phone too. Is there any way I can resolve this issue?

Hello, @user_om83rz. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to reach out for assistance with getting your account activated. Most times when I see a login loop with a new account it is either there is a problem with your account and the order was canceled or if you have not finished setting up your Xfinity ID. When you set up your Xfinity ID we have you add a personal email address and/or cell phone number to the account which are your password reset options. We send out a text or email to finish the process that you click on. You will not be able to login before that is completed.
I would like to take a look at your account to ensure there is no problem with the order. Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
