Infinite log-in loop - can't set up new account

I'm trying to set up a new Xfinity account for my apartment. I was able to go through the "build your plan" portion and even connected my bank account for monthly payments, but then get stuck in an infinite loop of logging into my account and being logged out a second later. I have tried multiple different browsers, cleared cookies and tried logging in through a private window but the same thing keeps happening. I tried going through the app but get an "access not authorized" error. Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello, @user_e69h51 thank you for taking time to create a post. You've contacted the right place, and would be happy to assist with the account set up issues. We do value your privacy, so wanted to let you know we updated your username if you noticed that had changed.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
