Immediately signed out

Hello — immediately after I sign in to Xfinity, I am signed out. If I try to log in through the app, it says I am not authorized. I just signed up for service and received confirmation that a professional installer will come to my house on the 20th.

By entering your service address and phone number, it should allow you to finish your online account setup if it hasn't been completed yet. Please let me know if that helps!
