Immediately get logged out after signing in

I am trying to set up Xfinity for my new address. However, whenever I sign in, I am immediately signed out. I have tried using other browsers, clearing my cache and cookies, and using the mobile app, but none of them work. I have also tried to make a new account, but whenever I try to verify my phone number it says that it does not match their records. I see that this is a pretty common issue, but haven't found a fix.

user_r82hi3 Can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.

I am having the same issue. Was setting up my account and choosing a wifi package. I hit submit to order it all, and it signed me out. Now every time I log it, I'm immediately signed out. And I'm not able to submit my order because the "cart" icon only appears after the site has signed me out. I've tried different browsers, cleared cookies, different devices. This has been going on for a week. Where do I find the chat you are referencing? I do not see a chat icon in the top right.
