I'm unable to connect to the IMAP server to receive emails into my Outlook client

I am getting the logon prompts constantly from Outlook. Is the IMAP.COMCAST.NET server is having issues? I know my login is working because I can view emails from the Xfinity website. Please help!

user_m4szbe, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. I am not seeing anything reported on this right now. Try clearing the Cache and Cookies to see if that will get things working for you.
