I’m getting an issue with adult swim.

I have connected and used adult swim with my XFinity account before, just recently it has given me an error and it is “

This network is not included in your current Xfinity TV service.

To add it to your service, upgrade now.

”. I don’t know what has brought the error or how to fix it and when I look it up it gives me suggestions to add it to my TV which I don’t need to because I’m on the web

Greetings, @listless! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your TV service, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

I haven't seen any announcements regarding Adult Swim or Cartoon Network being transferred to a different channel lineup in the last few years. I know it was moved from our Digital Starter or "Popular TV" lineup to our Digital Preferred or "Ultimate TV" lineup a few years ago, but you should still have the same channels available through the Xfinity Stream app as you would on a cable box.
