I'm getting a mystery message when I log in that says "We're getting your order ready"

When I log into my Xfinity account from a web browser, the front page includes this message:

I am not aware of any order outstanding, and when I contact Xfinity about it, they can't find anything outstanding either. What's going on?

@user_t7kcbj It maybe just an error/glitch with the site if representatives couldn't find an order when you contacted them about it.

user_t7kcbj, can you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser to see if that helps clear the message?
