Why do I keep getting this window when I try to log in to connect.xfinity.com

Greetings, @duckfan65! Thanks for reaching out to us on the Forums! I hope you are having an amazing day! I apologize to hear that you continue to keep being brought to this page when trying to log into your account. I do believe the IDM page is for ID Management. Are you able to get to your account? Have you had any issues with you Xfinity password lateley?

@XfinityMichaelC sometimes it opens fine, but more often than not I get the IDM sight.  This just started a couple of weeks ago.  No problem with my password.

I am experiencing the same problem. I can log in fine but the IDM screen keeps popping up. How do I get it to stop?

@user_daf719 Sorry about that. Have you tried to clear your cookies and cache on the browser you're using? 

 

I no longer work for Comcast.
