I would like to have my old address removed and the automatic payment carried over to the new address

I would like to have my old address removed and the automatic payment carried over to the new address. Old address is inactive status but autopayments piece is a problem. I also want a phone number removed from my account

@Tennoryu Hello, we can help with that. Have you checked out this link to help with linking your new account to your old one? That way you can edit both?

Then you can remove the phone number within the online account. Let us know how that goes.

that's when I run into the can't be unlinked because automatic payments are turned on...if I switch it off will I be penalized as a result as I had thought this was a condition of the service I had with you?

thought I had it but none of this is working out. I disabled autopay and it still squawked about an autopay is enabled. I tried switching accounts which only took me to the same page @XfinityJodie

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
