I will cancel comcast/xfinity the moment there is an alternative

I am a very long term customer. (diamond) I will cancel xfinity as soon as an alternative appears even at twice the price. One signed up you get fast error free cable internet but god help you if you want to do anything with your account on line. It has been broken hopelessly for years. Look at the online conversation to prove my point. The corner ramen place has a better website. What is enraging in there promise that the problem is temporary or that it is my systems fault. It is not. It is their backend software. This company will fold in my town the moment an alternative arrives after decades of ill treatment.
