I use Finovera to pay my bills. How do I request Xfinity to grant them access?

The Xfinity Home site is blocking Finovera from getting my account information, so I can't use it to pay my bills. I had that option when it was Comcast. How do I or can I get that access back?

That is a good question @victor.heflin! I am so sorry that you are having this concern with that site, but we are going to do everything we can to help! The main thing I might suggest trying is to clear your cookies and cache and see if that clears it up for you. If that doesn't work, I would then try rebooting the whole system, be it your phone or your computer. If neither of those work, then can you please send me a DM with your name and your full address to see if we can figure this out together?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
