I recieved an email saying that my request to cancel my account is being processed. I didnt submit this request.
as the subject says. I just would like to know how to get in touch with somebody about this.
it was also sent three times in the span of about 5 minutes.
just odd to me

Are you going to be moving, and someone else possibly moving in, in the near future? Sometimes, when another is customer is trying to set up services this will happen. I'd be happy to take a look, and see what's happening. Can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address?

Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
