I need to transfer the account for another person

I moved out of the apartment but my roommate is still living there. I send it all the documents to transfer the internet to her account and cancel mine, but the account is still there. I don’t know what else to do. It’s been a month.

We can certainly help with this! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
