i need to speak to a live person

I have considerable confusion in my xfinity accounts.  2 business (one should have been closed), email path has gone missing on my computer ( i think it's a microsoft 365 issue) and I need to deconstruct so I can start getting my emails from my current account.  Right now I only get it on xfinity app from the old, closed account.

Appreciate you reaching out. To make sure that I have all the specifics, both of the accounts are business? Our team is able to provide general technical assistance on business services, but account specific modifications do need to go through the dedicated business support group.
