i need to break my 2 year contract

Sadly i have been evicted from my apt due to reasons beyond my control. I will return the equipment soon. I still have until may but i wont have enough time to fulfill the contract. I know this will come with the early termination fee and due to the circumstances i wont be able to pay that . Either present me with a lower fee one that ill have no trouble paying or add the fee to a debt collection agency.  Comcast is a billion dollar mega company with not-so-great customer service (livechat) and always profit first with very little room for negociations.

If i can, i need to continue accessing the wifi, no ethernet connection. The deadline is february 1

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
