I need help

Set up a new account at a Xfinity store I cannot access my account they set up nor did I get a copy of the account that was set up I have not been able to talk to a live person the a.i. will not put me on a line with a live agent this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with multiple hours over days and I still cannot get my account set up

@XfinityEricB​ it says my google is connected to another comcast account

user_igi6j5 Did you have a login in the past at another address using the same email you are trying to set up again? You may want to unlink it from the old account, and this can assist you with getting that done https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.
