I need help
Set up a new account at a Xfinity store I cannot access my account they set up nor did I get a copy of the account that was set up I have not been able to talk to a live person the a.i. will not put me on a line with a live agent this is the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with multiple hours over days and I still cannot get my account set up
