I need help cancelling my MLB subscription NOW. PLEASE HELP!

Website not helpful.  PLEASE HELP me cancel the new MLB subscription I inadvertently added on May 31,2025.  It is now June 3rd and website is still not  working. It's frustrating to the nth degree.  The website makes it clear you obviously don't want your customers to easily contact you.  I hope an agent reads this and responds but also sends this message up the chain for customer relations improvement.

To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account including any applicable unit or apartment numbers?

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
