I literally cannot do anything with my account or check anything on my account 6 days after purchase
I recently purcahsed and Xfinity voice home phone line last week and I have not been able to access my account to see when the bill is due, any status, check any E-mails or anything. If you name it, I probably cannot access it.
Everytime I go to the "My Account" section of your website, not a single section works.
When I log in, it says "We're getting your account set up. Check back soon to track and activate your services." and when I access anything beyond that it says I'm not authroized, even though I have an account.
I'm thinking this is due to not setting up my router yet, but thats yet ANOTHER problem. It has been almost 6 days and I have not received my self install kit, nor has there been a confirmation E-mail.
This is frustraiting because I've already been charged fifty dollars upfront.
