I keep getting logged out

When I sign into the main xfinity website it trys to load the site then signs me out a few seconds later

No, I don't see any messages it just logs me out. I'm using mobile

Are you using one of our apps or our website when you get logged out?

Do you type in your login information or have it stored on your device?

When was the last time you reset your password? 

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.

I'm using the website, and I manually type in my information. I only made my account the other day so I haven't reset the password yet
