I keep getting charged despite having canceled twice now
I canceled for the first time on August 18th. Got a bill a few weeks ago, called and messaged and was assured that I had canceled (confirmation code 1001580061062061) and still got a mesage today that I had an overdue bill. Did they just send me a bunch of random numbers and call it a confirmation code?
Can't get a live agent on the chat feature. Have been sitting on the phone for 20 minutes and not really sure it'll ever connect me to someone. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY
