I have the same issue
I bought a pass for 10 dollars yesterday worked fine until I woke up this morning and my gaming PC won't work so I bought a Asus be 85 usb adapter for $99 at best buy it still wouldn't work I tried to do some digging so my phone still worked on the Xfinity pass so treied to remove possible extra devices just endless loops I speak to an agent over phone they said they couldn't do anything I needed and acount number? It only uses email an phone number so I was like ok what [Edited: "Language"] I got angry and said ok and immediately hung up! So anyhow I did the ai chat they said they removed all devices nothing worked I tried to sign in my Xfinity account it says something went wrong endless loops refreshing the page I go back to the desktop I updated my wifi adapter drivers by download over my phone and moved it to the PC and installed it still didn't fix it I change my IP address and dns still didn't work I reverted it back to default still didn't work I reset the adapter didn't work I system restore point in windows 11 then try to reconnect still didn't work now I just feel like Xfinity stole my credit card info and took my $10

@user_al1tbz Thanks for bringing your concerns to our attention. I'm so sorry about the issues you're having with gaming. You stated you have a $10 internet pass. This sounds like our Now Wi-Fi pass. With this type of plan we have a dedicated team to assist with Wi-Fi pass account. Online support is available at https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant/
Our NOW Wi-Fi Pass provides basic internet speeds on a public Wi-Fi connection available only in proximity to a hotspot. It is not recommended for multiple housemates or family members looking to connect multiple devices. If this is the case you would be better matched with a regular Internet account, Prepaid or Internet Essentials etc.
Have you tried to connect to a different Wi-Fi hotspot?
I have a link with more information on our Hotspots along with direct link for support on our Now Wi-Fi pass and some troubleshooting steps to connect via various devices. Here's that link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/about-xfinity-wifi-internet
