I have an internet only plan, how do I manage it

For reference, I have been on a call that has had me transfer to two different agents so far (thats 3 people). And I am an Internet Only customer, I have NO desire to bundle or add Flex for free. I just want to manage my plan myself, I do not want to have to call a Comcast agent and have them literally read out loud the different plans I have access to (it has been offered twice).

 

In the past I have been able to go onto the xfinity website, click change my plan and see a break down of all the different plans I have access to, both downgrade and upgrade.

 

Now any time I attempt to change my plan I get linked to offers (https://www.xfinity.com/learn/existing/offers).  It does not offer me any view of plans, just bundles I could switch to.

Where am I navigating incorrectly?  Where can I go to just see the simple breakdown of different plans I have access to and change them?
