I don't have multiple Xfinity Accounts
The Xfinity web site keeps asking me to add or update my email/phone number, then objects that they are already associated with another account. WHAT OTHER ACCOUNT? I spent over an hour chatting with an agent last week, and I was assured that this problem had been remedied, but it hasn't been. This is infuriating. The Xfinity Assistant is useless. I am more than furious.

We can certainly take a closer look into this and see what's going on with the email/phone number. Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
