I cant sign in.

So basically I was ordering internet services for my home and then when I went to sign in I got an email that said my accounts were linked?? But I only have one account. I tried signing in via the website but it kept lagging out. I tried the app but it told me I signed in successfully but I didn't have authorization? I don't even know if my order went through and I have zero clue on what to do.

   Click "Sign In" if necessary

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
