I can't sign in. Last night my computer signed off & restarted. Now I can't sign in. My ID doesn't work. Xfinity doesn't except any ID.

Last night my computer signed off & supposedly restarted & now I can't sign in. Your virtual assistant is of no help. What happened ?

Having same problem and trying to get Xfinity help is useless.
