I can’t sign in l Sign in loop

Everything I try to sign in to takes me back to the main page I’ve tried my pc a different browser and when I use the app it says my account is not authorized I have an Xfinity id and have verified my email what do I do?

@user_eb723a Thank you so much for your post on being looped when trying to log in. If you have active Xfinity services you can confirm the Xfinity ID you are using is correct here. https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup?execution=e1s1 Making sure you are connected to your Xfinity home network also helps with the authorization of your login. I recommend once you make sure you are using the correct Xfinity ID attempt to log in at Xfinity.com directly from a new browser window. If you are still encountering the Authorization error let me know!

@XfinityAmandaB​ I tried to use the link but no matter what I use to try to get my xfinity id it says this information doesn’t match their records like my account doesn’t exist even though I know it does because I’m being sent emails from xfinity? Like finish your order.
