I can’t access my account

I can’t access my account. I see “hmm, the page didn’t load correctly”. And I can’t activate my equipment.

Hi, @user_9327eb, we appreciate you bringing this activation issue to our attention here on community forums! I'm so sorry to see that you've been experiencing trouble with accessing My Account and activating service. 

May I know if you've already attempted to clear cache and cookies on your device then try to reach the site again? 

Also, have you had a chance to try reaching the site on another device?
