I cannot sign in to my Xfinity account and check my contract status
When I try to sign in from PC, I get an endless loop of login pages. Even after clearing the browser cache and entering all the correct username/password/2-step verification codes, I get an error message and cannot proceed.
When I try to sign in from mobile app, I get the following error message:
Access not Authorized
You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.
I have tried multiple times to create an account and apply for internet service because I cannot sign in.
I would like to check the status of my subscription (especially if I have a duplicate subscription), but I am really having trouble signing in either way.

Hey, user_3zsc7s! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into trying to log into your account. We can certainly have a look into this and see what could be going on! Can you please click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you?
