I cannot believe your website is so bad

How is your website impossible to use with google chrome, which is the most popular web browser in the world? Every time I log in I cannot bring up any information about my account. Look at the pic. The right hand side should show some options under my account, but there is literally nothing there. It is impossible to pay my bill online right now. 

What's even better is, now every single time I login to my account I am prompted to reset my password. This is a joke. I have had to reset my password 7 times today. I can't wait to switch to Verizon.

Then when I finally am able to sign in, it still pretends as though I am not signed in lol
