I cannot access the Billing page and have an email saying my payment didn't go through

I have tried on Chrome and Edge to access my billing page and the site returns a blank page.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulty loading the billing page. Have you also tried to view it via the Xfinity My Account app? Or cleared your cache and cookies and logged back in via the web browser?

I was able to use the Xfinity My Account app - but I have to say the website was extremely frustrating and unhelpful.

I truly am sorry for the inconvenience. I know I use the app more than the site because it's right at my fingertips and allows me to not only view and pay bills but I can also check for service interruptions as well as troubleshoot! Were you able to resolve the concern with the payment?
