I am trying to add another account to my app unsuccesfully

I have 2 Xfinity accounts under my username and password, and I would like to add a 3rd one as well.

The 2 I have are acct#  [Edited: "Personal Information"], my primary hone address though your website doesn't recognize my address. I also have acct# [Edited: "Personal Information"].  The 3rd I would like added is acct # 
[Edited: "Personal Information"]; this one is for my 92 year old mother [Edited: "Personal Information"].   This is because it is very difficult to call and speak to somebody at all, and my mother's acct was on auto pay until it became cancelled and her service was cancelled.   The payment was since made manually but wish to get reset up on auto pay.   Getting support with comcast through app or anything is impossible.   Please.  Hal

Thank you for reaching out, @user_0xt6l7 . For your account security, please do not post your account numbers, address, phone number, or any other personal information publicly. The Xfinity app does not currently allow you to manually add a second account through a separate login screen within the app. Instead, the accounts must first be linked online under the same Xfinity ID, or your existing Xfinity ID must be added as an authorized user or Account Manager on the other account. Once the accounts are properly linked, you should be able to access and switch between eligible accounts using the same login credentials.
