I am not receiving signon alert emails, nor is there a security console under my account
According to this article:
I should receive email alert when there is a new log in, it should contain a link to something called security console and from there I should be able to see all signonsfor last 30days and connected apps.
I do not receive any emails nor is there any console in my xfinity .com account online. how do I get the emails? How do I access the security console?
I've spent 2 hours bouncing around customer support on the phone and being on hold. When this seems like a straightforward issue.
