how to unlink accounts using Xfinity app
Why does it say my account is already linked? I wasn’t aware that my account was linked to anything but that’s what it says. You’re already linked so how do I unlink it because there should be no one on the account but myself.

If you recently moved, it's possible that your Xfinity ID may still be linked to the old address, and you can find steps to unlink it on our support page covering how to Manage multiple accounts with your Xfinity ID under the section titled "Unlink accounts".
